I’ve had my Kucht range for a few months now, it’s been really solid. The doors have a nice weight to them, the knobs don’t feel flimsy, and the stainless steel has somehow still managed to look good with daily use, which is great because I definitely don’t have the energy to baby it. Overall, it just feels like something that was built to last. Happy with it so far

I’ll be honest, I was annoyed at first. Customer support wasn’t awful or anything, but I had to send a second email before I finally got a clear answer, and that kind of made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

Then, weirdly enough, once someone actually got back to me, my mood changed fast. The rep was polite, answered my question, and handled it well. I just wish they were quicker and a little more organized. Not bad, not amazing, just kind of average...

I ordered this from kucht.com i’m happy with it overall. The price seemed fair for what we got, and it’s been working well so far. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I ordered from kucht.com and, to be honest, I immediately assumed the shipping would be a bit of a waiting game. But nope, tracking came through fast and the delivery date was actually clear, so I wasn’t stuck guessing when it would show up.
The driver called before arriving, which I appreciated, and the box showed up in good shape. I kind of expected at least a dent or some annoying damage, but everything looked fine. Super easy overall, and I’d order again.

I’ve been happy with this range so far. The oven seems to heat evenly, which is a big plus for baking and everyday cooking. I still keep an eye on things and double-check temps just to be safe, especially with a new appliance, but overall it’s been working well with only a few minor quirks.

It took a couple days to hear back, which was a little frustrating, but they did get the part sent out and helped arrange the repair. The tech who came out knew what he was doing, and the range has been working fine since. My brother had told me before that warranty service can be hit or miss with appliances, so I was just relieved they stood behind it. It wasn’t the fastest process, but they honored the warranty and got it fixed, so I’m happy overall...

I bought this mostly because of how it looks, and I’m really happy with it so far. It has that clean, pro-style look, and the stainless finish fits my kitchen so much better than my old range did. The knobs feel solid too, which makes it seem more expensive than it actually was. Spending a lot more for a similar look felt totally avoidable with this one...

We have our Kucht range for almost two years now and it’s been solid honestly. The burners light up every time, and the oven temp was staying steady whenever we use it. The knobs still feel a little stiff, but nothing has broke or acted strange. I’d probably give it 5 stars if cleaning under the grates was a bit easier
